Pravartana Global Ventures LLP builds enterprise-grade software-as-a-service platforms, specifically DocuTrust and HealthCraft HMS. This Refund Policy describes the refund terms and conditions of our SaaS licensing plans.
1. Sandbox Evaluation Trials
We provide a 14-day secure sandbox demonstration environment for testing and evaluating our systems. No licensing fees are billed during the sandbox evaluation stage, allowing your organization to test custom OCR tools and department rosters before committing to a commercial plan.
2. Subscription Renewals & Cancellations
Commercial deployments are billed in advance according to the licensing cycles (monthly, quarterly, or annually) detailed in your SLA. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your tenant data will remain accessible until the end of your paid billing period, after which access is deactivated.
3. Refund Policy
Since we provide complete functional sandbox evaluations and customize database setups for individual cooperative environments, all licensing subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide credit rollbacks or refunds for partially used billing cycles.
4. Special Circumstances
If there is an billing error on our side (such as double charging an invoice), we will investigate and refund the excess transaction amount to your original payment gateway account within 7 working days of validation. For billing queries, write to: aniruddha@pravartna.com.
