Welcome to Pravartana Global Ventures LLP ("Pravartana"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your organization's deployment, access, and use of our enterprise software-as-a-service platforms, including DocuTrust and HealthCraft HMS. By signing a Service Level Agreement (SLA) or accessing our sandbox portals, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Scope and Cloud Provisioning
We provide cloud-native, multi-tenant software platforms. Access is provisioned on a subscription basis under active licensing rules. You are responsible for ensuring that your staff users operate the systems in accordance with standard operating procedures and local compliance guidelines.
2. Customer Accounts & Identity Security
You must keep your administrator credentials and API tokens secure. You are fully responsible for all actions taken under your tenant space. Any suspected system intrusion or leaked credentials must be reported immediately to our support engineers at +91 8668470309.
3. Prohibited Usage
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from our SaaS endpoints.
- Deploy unauthorized automated scripts, web scrapers, or load testing engines on our shared AWS nodes without written agreement.
- Upload malicious code, infected patient sheets, or invalid documents designed to crash system databases.
4. Service Availability (SLA)
We target a 99.9% uptime SLA for our cloud-native platforms, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. System upgrades are typically scheduled during off-peak hours (between 12:00 AM and 04:00 AM IST) with advance notice sent to tenant administrators.
5. Intellectual Property
All source code, database structures, UI templates, branding, design assets, and trademarks associated with DocuTrust and HealthCraft HMS remain the exclusive property of Pravartana Global Ventures LLP. No IP transfers occur under licensing agreements.
6. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising from our software deployments will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sangli/Sangli District, Maharashtra, India.
